Wish

1. Usage of Reshape Reality
   1. Wish takes one action to cast, so your verbal wish to reshape reality must be no more than 6 seconds long. Players are allowed to rehearse this 6 second command prior to actually casting the spell.
2. Ring of N Wishes
   1. The ring is the source of the wish, so the 33% chance of never being able to cast Wish again applies to the ring. So it's possible for a Ring of 3 Wishes to yield only 1 Wish if you are unlucky.
3. Simulacrum
   1. Since the Simulacrum is a creature in its own right, should it cast Wish, any potential penalties would apply to it.
4. Modification of Wish
   1. As Wish cannot replicate the effects of Level 9 spells, it then follows that Wish cannot modify itself. For example, it is not possible to use a Wish to modify that player's usage of Wish to remove the 33% risk.
