- Usage of Reshape Reality
- Wish takes one action to cast, so your verbal wish to reshape reality must be no more than 6 seconds long. Players are allowed to rehearse this 6 second command prior to actually casting the spell.
- Ring of N Wishes
- The ring is the source of the wish, so the 33% chance of never being able to cast Wish again applies to the ring. So it's possible for a Ring of 3 Wishes to yield only 1 Wish if you are unlucky.
- Simulacrum
- Since the Simulacrum is a creature in its own right, should it cast Wish, any potential penalties would apply to it.
