  1. Does not dispel magical effects, only the spell that created them. Therefore:
    1. Will not destroy creatures that have been created through magic (the spells that created it have already resolved)
    2. Cannot end the results of spells that made effects permanent (Castle Amber, Central Forest, river portal)
