General Spellcasting Rules
- Spells that require line of sight still work through windows. They also work as sight bounces off mirrors, but the range may wind up less than expected due "detours" between mirrors.
- DM and players should, in general, simply declare a spell is being cast with the opposing side deciding whether or not to counter. Give a moment to consider Counterspell and, only after the decision to counter or not, does the spell and level get revealed.
- Spells that can target multiple distinct creatures (Magic Missile, Eldritch Blast at higher levels, etc) must have ALL their targets declared when declaring the spell is cast. You cannot "wait and see" what happens with one target before deciding the next targets.
