General Spellcasting Rules
- Spells that require line of sight still work through windows. They also work as sight bounces off mirrors, but the range may wind up less than expected due "detours" between mirrors.
- DM and players should, in general, simply declare a spell is being cast with the opposing side deciding whether or not to counter. Give a moment to consider Counterspell and, only after the decision to counter or not, does the spell and level get revealed.
